I tried downloading a few free vpn apps before I tried this one and was disappointed with them all. This one was the EASIEST to use! This was especially important to me because I am in no way tech savvy, and this had me up and running in no time! Works great with my iPhone 6. Ive never had any problems with it working. Always able to connect to a server; easy to search for an alternate if the prior one acts up. I love this app, and have deleted the others I installed! Do give it a try; you wont be sorry!

Ive had this app for about a year. Ive had a few problems with the server (Hong Kong 1) I use to play a specific game. In the beginning, the support staff responded promptly and helped me through the problems I had. Ive had more problems recently and have contacted their trouble shooting people. The server I use is no longer available. I contacted them and was told he server is being updated. Its been days since the server I use disappeared and now the support staff no longer respond to my emails and requests for assistance and answers. Obviously, Im not going to renew my subscription since the server I need is no longer available. The customer service has gone down hill!
